MANBIR RANDHAWA
Senior Yoga Instructor
For Mannie yoga is a lifestyle, one which has transformed her life, and now she plans to embark on the journey of spreading this transformational experience with others in the community. She is 500 hour certified yoga instructor along with a certified life coach. Her special skill is hatha yoga focussing on strength building. Having healed her shoulder injury with strength focused asanas has led her to love yoga even more.

Fun fact about her - she loves painting even though she is not a professional painter.
JESSE
Yoga Instructor
After moving to Vancouver in 2017 , Jesse got really active in vancouver yoga community. She taught at Crunch studio and was running a yoga and pilates studio in Korea. Her expertise and focus is in flexibility building.
ANU
HIIT Instructor
Anu is a National academy of Sports Medicine Certified(NASM) and LesMills certified trainer . She is known for quick calorie burnout sessions which she teaches every week Tuesday and Thursday.
When she is at the studio , you will find her at her bookkeeping job, training one on one clients or relaxing with a glass of wine.
