Service Description

Hatha Yoga, (Sanskrit: “Discipline of Force”) school of Yoga that enables mastery of the body to help attain a state of spiritual bliss, in which the mind is withdrawn from external objects. Hatha yoga is the branch of yoga that typically comes to mind when you think of yoga in general terms. The practice involves breath, body, and mind, and classes are usually 45 minutes to 90 minutes of breathing, yoga poses, and meditation. Because it's done more slowly and poses are held for longer, Hatha yoga allows for more stretching.
